The paper “Distributed strain as an interface for adaptive fiber structures” is now published in the Journal of Material Intelligence.
The work shows that a small number of electrical measurements can distinguish deformation states across a woven structure when material topology is included in the inference model. Code and fabrication notes accompany the article.
